Sub Frame?

Ok so is this what you call a sub-frame which is attaching the engine on this zip -

I'm torn between buying an ice or finishing a project scoot i have that would look sick with the engine set up like that.

Whats the legalities of having my engine set up like this? Who the hell can make me one?

its for sprinting, no suspension so probably genna crack on ya.
upset the handling and would be like tryin to ride a limo round a corner.
as long as it was safe i cnt se why it wouldnt pass an mot as ive seen plenty of gixers an busa´s with extended arm on them

 

Yeah i would put suspension on there, i wouldnt want it set up like in the pic, the roads around here are pretty bad, my scoot wouldnt last 5 minutes. Is there anyone on here who can make me a good one?

he could definatley make a quality subframe, think he's working on a better linkage system to

 

hi mate

they cut and weld a bit on the standards one most of the time.. it make the cornering shit and to get one made you just need to take a standard subframe to a welder with pictures and drawing of what you want

look on the internet for one and if you find a welder ask for it to be TIG welded becasue its a lot strong.. but the cost is more and there is limited welders that do it.

but if they are good at it then the MIG will be ok just the TIG will always be stronger
