Stupid aerox, still not running properly

Okay, my aerox is still not running properly, it was running like crap, so i fitted a new head and gasket and then it worked ok for about 2 hours, then starting running like crap again, whats wrong with it, the idle stays okay until i rev then it stays very high, unless i tap the choke, ive played with the screw and it doesnt do anything, should i just change the carb? and when i go more than half throttle, or when i slow down so the rpm goes down it just stops until i rev it a bit and it sounds like theres not enough fuel, can someone please tell me if i should just bin the whole bike or what should i do?

A good starting point would be to check all your cables are running freely if you have to tap the choke it sounds like something is sticking, this isnt a defo fix but would be a good starting point.
