Hi, recently me exhaust got soo loud it sounded as if i was on a 1000cc but when people turned round they was dissapointed to see my ped, I thought i would whip the exhaust off and get myself a leo vince, But when i attempted to undo the nuts from undernath the bike i had a problem one of the nuts had completely rusted and somewhat welded itself to the bolt, the nut is rounded and i cant think of anything.

Iv'e sawn into the nut a little bit to attempt to get a flathead in there and tap it off but i cant see when im through the nut and about to hit the bolt,

I cant fit any tools in the gap as its soo small but someone adviced a heat gun to expand it and then tap it down

I dont want to ruin the thread on the bolt :(

    Any Advice?

    Thanks.

Could try knocking a slightly smaller socket on it to grip it?
