OK i have recentyl had my 70 kit fitted on my aerox and about 2 days ago it started making a noise everytime i let off the throttle its hard to explain it is like a wooshing sound type of thing its like i am riding then let of and it goes woosh its very weird it only happens at low revs as wen i am riding fast and let off it only goes woosh again wen i am near low revs its very weird hope u can help
yeh i no it sorta sounds like i have a dump valve wen i let off the throttle lol its very strange hope it isnt damaging my bike
ok thanks alot wobbly i am actually changing my standrd belt to a top performance belt and putting my harder polini clutch springs in so i will clean it all out
yeah, it sounds like something in there is either slipping or dirty, use a paint brush to get all the belt dust out.

WOOSHING FROM ENGINE I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM ON MY TGB R50X/70cc.. ITS MY STARTER COG 4 THE ELECTRIC START BEHIND THE VARIATOR.. IT KINDA WOBBLES ON DE-ACCELERATION OR SUMMIN DUNNO IF IT DOES ANY DAMAGE ** SOUNDS FU#KIN WICKED THO ** I FIXED IT BY PUTING A WASHER BETWEEN THE STARTER COG AND VARIATOR BACK.. WORKS MINT
I'm guessing you never fitted the kit yourself, so take it back to whoever fitted it and ask them about the problem, it's a long shot but you never know and they might sort it out and get them to fit your belt etc free of charge. Hopefully isn't do damaging though so fingers crossed. No problem Wobbly, it bugs me as much as it humors me too unk:
ok i have just fitted my new belt and fitted my green polini clucth springs but the noise is still there lol it is starting to piss me off and guess wt i have another problem now my hd lead keeps coming off my spark plug lol i just ride for 10 secs and my bike cuts out plz help me getting annoyed
I had the spark plug problem a while back. Take the spark plug out, clean out the ht cap and then screw it on to the spark plug. Put the spark plug back in and sorted. Normaly happens if you get a little bit of dirt in the HT cap.
Ok people i have now changed my belt and clutch springs and the noise is still there any other ides what it do be the noise is hard to explain i will try make a video all i can say is that when i pull off and at low revs it make a woosh or chhh sound just say chips in your head lol the ch sound dont no wt it cud be??? help plz
I know this sounds silly but i had the same problem and it was nothing to do with the engine mine was to do with the brake discs being warped and the run out was makin it run on the pads which was making the noise long shot but better than nothing mate
