    Hi there,

A week ago i put a 20.5mm mikuni on my 01 aerox 70. I fiddled with the screws as minor described and all was well. I was on the bike today and the bike started to bog. I removed the jets to find they where dirty. I cleaned them both out and put them back in. Now the bike is ten times worse! Any turn of the throttle will make the bike cut out after badly spluttering. I removed the filter and wound the air mix out a few turns. It was marginally better but still cut out. It won't even move, just bog and cut out! Do i need smaller jets?

Sorry about another jet related post but I can't find the answer I'm looking for.
    Cheers
    Tam

if it was running fine before then you cleaned it out and then wasnt running right after you might have put something back in rong or not cleaned it fully did you change the jet sizes?

Turns out the main jet wasn't in tight and this had caused the poor running! Feel like such a tool. Thanks for all the help

you shouldnt feel like a tool, you should feel proud that you found the problem yourself :)
