not gonna happen the new changes come in on the 13th of january these changes was put through the EU gov a long long time ago and we just bent over and took it so not much we can do now. not to bad tho if your old enough to do the DAS course all thats happening with that is a age and cc change going upto 650cc and from 21 to 25 its the younger lads that are gonna suffer gonna take them ages to get a licence.
id be more worried about the rumour that there after doing away with the CBT so only leaving a full bike licence or a full scooter licence.
the changes are already happening just look at the 2/ ban every new bike for sale in the uk now is a 4/ due to the EU telling us the emmisions are to high so your not having them any more and we again bent over and took it

They also wanna completely ban mods. Although I doubt that'll happen over here.

They've been trying to introduce type approval since the early 80's. It was the Germans that started it all and then the Japanese introduced a gentlemans agreement to limit all their bikes to 100BHP...they then tried it again to limit top speed to 186 around the time the ZZR1100 was introduced

They all wanna keep their medling to themselves and let us get on with it. Mind at theis rate...if the local highways authorities drop any more speed limits it'll be faster to walk...and if you run you'll get a speeding ticket

this license thing scares me out i ride a ped now gona sell it asap now and do my test, i have already done the theory for the bike.
any one knows how much will it cost for the test to be done i think its like 60quid? same as car but what about the lessons as only ride mopeds tbh but i can do gears used to ride dirt bikes before

why sell the ped?????? If you MUST do your test, certainl do but you can still ride the ped when you've passed either a car (if it still applies) or bike full licence

oh im just kinda broke atm and im guessing that the bike license will cost me same as car ones? like £300? thats how much i roughly spent on my car test and what is the point of riding a 70cc when i have a full license for the same price i can get like a suzuki bandit or atleast a 180 2t or 200 4t runner :)

yh they are getting rid of two strokes the only two strokes they make now is dirt bikes ? even the aprilia rs125 is now a fourstroke and they dont make cagiva no more  and literately all two stroke 125 mopeds are wiped off the market

i dont think theyll get rid of 2 strokes, just restrict the fuck out of them and do ridiculous things to reduce emissions.

as for the law... i dont really care because i can just get a 125 smoker that puts out the power of a 250 4 banger youd get with a full license

but the way things are looking in the 2 stroke car industry 2 strokes are coming back in there and its not going to be hard to copy that in to a bike engine

2 stroke cars.? WTF you on about, the eu wants a stop all t2 engines because of the high emissions they pump out compared to 4 strokes
