working on my sym jet ive realised that it must of been designed by a absolute tosser who had one mission in life that was to make the jet the hardest bike in the world to work on! want to change the plug? that's fuel pump off - yes fuel pump! and seat bucket support bracket off! want to take the cooling shroud off to do top end? forget it. engine out job. fuel tank is directly next to the spark plug under the floor board and if you want to change the battery, seat bucket and rear panels off. its a pain in the fuckin arse and I hate it!
Try changing the turbo on a 206. Or working on any vespa. Oh and the 50cc katana after its has been ridden and neglected (no service or MOT) for over 3 years... Or try taking the rear rocker cover off a first gen VF....
