Fitted ne clutch springs an my bike still revs but doesnt move? what could cause it? Its an nrg power with a doppler pipe .64 jet. 5,5 rollers. I know the jet is a size or 2 too big but it ran like this before.
Have you taken off the side casing and run it on the stand to see if the variator is working and the clutch is taking up the drive. or do you mean, it working but rides like shit.
Itll go about 10mph. Ive not took the case off while its running as i only have kickstart an id end up losing my hand
Took variator clutch belt reeds carb airbox off ect an cleaned an refitted them. Even put anotger brand new plug in. Now im thinking it must be jetting. As iv fitted new springs an all it does i make the clutch kick in later. I think its either rings or jetting.
and your 100% sure its not an air leak ? if the rings was worn it would be a pain to start and the tick over would be up and down on its own
It starts first or second kick. Isbt ticking over but i think thats the screw as i messed about with that an the mix screw
surely you should have a 68 - 72 jet in it, or just take it to a place which has a dyno and get it set up for 50 odd quid
