so today i have been trying to fix my stick throttle , the bike will keep revs for about a minute then go to idle , i have changed the adjustments on the cable and nothing so i took the carb apart and the jet is an 86 but that shouldnt stop the bike from going to idle i need help here !! :confused:cratch:

does your speed fight like stay just above idle then takes ages to lower and if you go high revs then drop it idles ?

Well id suggest the clutch has to hard of clutch springs or the torque spring as this can cause this problem.

atm its all standard :/ left it next to a radiator over night no fix :/ might be my fuel tap as it wont shut off but that shouldnt effect it either :/ mega confused as its just above idle but if i tilt the bike to the side it goes to idle so im gonna change the tap and see if its that if not then i dunno :/

took too long to come down off the over run , almost stalling , hung on to the revs for a little while at stand still.

Have you checked for throttle cable freeplay ?
