Steering/forks bent?

Is the steering/forks bent on this typhoon?
i've just bought it and was wondering what could it be? easy fix etc?
Will post some side view pics if needed

 

Please post a side view pic, cos in that pic it just looks like the bars aren't centered. If thats the case just loosen the bar/stem clamp line up bars/wheel and re-tighten.

 

forks look straight but wants wheel aligning with bars.

 

yeah its just like a push bike...take the handle bar cowling off...undo the clamp, centre the bars and do back up...obviously put cowl back on afterwards

 

without breaking it and bodging back up with cable ties

 

is that typh a 50?
