    Hi there
Ive got a new 21mm carb on my peuegot with a ram air filter and its a bitch to start
doesnt wanna know in the morning, takes about 10 mins to get it going, any ideas on what this problem could be? the slide in the carb is not all the way to the bottom i dunno if that effects it ?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

usually the 21mm carbs have a manual choke make sure your using this as it will help it start, if your already doing this i would recommend you try jetting the carb to your scooter maybe have a mess around with your airmixture screw.

Yeah i have played with the mixture screw, i might just scrap the shitty air filter are they do is make noise lol. im using premix and yeah the choke doesnt really seem to work. i might try jetting the carb up as i have the filter and a leo vince tt so i will play with that when i can as im on crutches Lol

You say that the choke doesnt seem to work. Your 21mm carb is a dellorto one isnt it? If you have the cable choke, ditch it and get a pull choke from your local scooter place like in the link below. I went through 2 cables before i changed it on my old NRG. I have just bought a new 25mm carb for my Typhoon and got rid of the nasty cable choke that comes with it and bought a flip up one.
