yo im in need of some help, im stumped with my vivacity fitted a 17.5 dellorto carb and now it wont start all pipes are in the right place, choke is wired up correctly, throttle is connected but wont start any ideas? im wondering if the air/fuel screw is set right? any ideas how to check? its got a 32/42 idle jet and 60 main jet (i will be changing that but it should still run) hope somebody can help me out as want to get it in for mot
http://media.photobucket.com/image/dellorto 17.5mm carb/onecubicmile/delortodiagram.jpg Check that the fuel pipes are correct I know you said they are but there are 2 pipes that are the same size but one is petrol and the other i believe is a vaccum feed or something and the small hose is the 2-stroke oil. Also check the choke and Idle screw. check fuel lines for any air bubbles and check if the float bowl is filling up. and what other parts are on your bike?
