I have just started my nrg 180 conversion and as expected come up with problems I managed to fit the gilera 180 engine to the original mounts but the top end hits the frame where the cdi should go should I find a set of typhoon 125 mounts or have will it be in the right possition once I have a shock holding them together?? And ideas from people who have done a conversion like this??
Im pretty sure a 125 engine mount will not fit in a 50. Hence why people mod the 50 mount to accept a 125 engine. I think there is a way of doing the conversion without cutting or grinding or getting the welder out.. Just need the right parts from a 125 so might aswell just buy a 125.
nope, youve built it wrong with the wrong mount... im NOT helping wiht this nor is anyone else.. your OBVIOUSLY not skilled enough to complete this conversion so no, im not becomming liable for your life... go buy a typh 125 and put your nrg pannels on it
