Start Of My New Runner 172 ***UPDATE***

As sum of you may know, i had my bike stolen a few months back, and finally i have got the money 2 sort out a bike.

Had lots of problems tryin to sort out a bike but finally sorted 1, the bike is in bits, so im gettin all the parts over a few days Thanks to Dave (Sunz), will have probs Dave, Shox and Dilberts or fitting putting it 2geva to a running bike, just afew pics of wot i have now.

Got the frame and the rest of the bike 2day, shud hopefully get it up and running 2moz if we dont cum across any problems.

UPDATE

Got the Runner up and running 2day, just gotta get lil bits like Brake lever, Panel Screw, Centre Stand Spring and Caliper Bolts. once i got all those, it shud b ready 4 a mot and 2 go on the road

We spent about an Hour Trying 2 get the Rear tyre off, but gettin the new 1 on woz easy

Woz up at 9:30 this morning to sort out my runner, i have still gotta wire up the LED indi's and make the LED set for the Flywheel cover.

It runs pretty well, just bogs like fuck, needs up jetting.

you got them forks off ebay then? i seen those on ther

 

They were on ebay, but dave took them off so i cud have them

 

polished flywheel? looks normal to me.

anyway nice project, not too sure about the holes in the tranny case though.

its been polished, why polish it wouldnt you rather lighting it

nice parts there mate not keen on the forks in london tho bruv thefts will do any thing to get there hands on them , yes they will chase you , wait for you out side your house etc

I probs wont have them 4 long anyway, got lots of intrest on them already and i only got them 2day so they will probs sell really quick, but i wanna swap and cash wiv a new style set of forks

The Forks r fine, im paying £920 for the whole bike, that includes the engine and forks but we still need 2 fit everythin 2geva.

Stuff that needs 2 b replaced will b replaced anyway.

I have had offers on the forks anyway so i wont have them for long

Yeah ok So the sum stuff might be fuck So wot, the forks r goin so i dont care, anythin else will b replaced.

I understand that ppl r give out advise and stuff and im thankful for it but i got a deal 4 this bike so im taking it, sum of u know wots it like 2 have ur bike nicked, all i wanna do is get bk on the road, is there any harm in me tryin 2 do that wivout ppl giving me shit bout this n that

 

why sell the forks tho...so what if u live in london..at the end of the day mate uve had one bike nicked...ur not gonna get caught slippin again so i' just keep the forks

 

Trust me, i have seen bad things and heard of bad thing about ppl and there peds.

You dont see many ped's wiv these forks on, so ppl r gonna want them at any cost.

And bad things happen to the ppl who have the stuff, i dont want my bike nicked and maybe sumthin happening 2 me over sum fancy forks, thats why im goin 2 sell them

Forks r now gone already, got a new style set, not best condistion but gona spray them anyway
