standard 125/180 ports

anyone know the standard 125/180 exhaust /transfer port distance from TDC :msn1: not got a standard barrel to measure

 

Exhaust is 34mm down from the top of the cylinder (not tdc of the piston as there`s a difference).

I`ll do a port map for you tomorrow.

34, exhaust
43, prim transfer
43 secondary transfer
and 44 boost

from top of barrell mind

deck 0.7 on the one i ported.

if you want one shiny ive got about 5 lieing around, i can bring one up for ya next time i come round!

found in a manual transfers (this is TDC) 42MM
and zhaust (TDC) 30MM

 

is the 180 barel similer to the 172 or is it way off shiney?

 

125/180 are the same just bigger bore but as to the ports zhaust is lower and transfers but i need one really to see

 

Ive got a 125 barrel i can chuck in the post if it helps?
