my front forks wont budge i have noticed that there is some old grease or oil a rusty looking colour. they are the original upside down fork's there is an allan bolt at the bottom of each leg if i take them out and spray sum wd/40 in there free them up and pack them with grease will they be ok ? or am i just wasting my time ?? also my back shock is cream crackerd could i recondition it or would i be better buying a new shock ? :thumbsup: matt.
no point mate i had this with my forks no point rebuilding them , its best to pick up a new pair or a 2hand pair in good cond.
