Need a bit of help with my Pro Replica exhaust. After I fitted it about 3 months ago it was wayyy too loud, so I tightend the end can bolts which shut it up for a bit, couple of weeks later it was back to being noisey. So noisey infact I got pulled over when a copper tried to blag me that it was an illegal exhaust (pedparts and stage6 both confirmed it was legal in the UK). I took the silencer apart and turned the wadding over, put it all back togather and it was good again, but again 2 weeks later its noisey again, I cant wear my crosser helmet because the noise gives me a headache! :(
    Any ideas?

make sure there are no holes in any part of the exhaust.. tinyest hole can make a difference also make sure its fitting on the manifold ok, i had to space the back bracket out on mine because it was pulling on the manifold.. and looks like uve already done it but make sure the end can is correctly together ie wadding and bolts.. hope this helps in some way
