stage 6 sport pro variator

    hello all my new stage 6 pro variator come this morning i went outside and put it all on and went to pull away and my bike was just revving its nuts off and wasnt really moving very quickly :( i payed 50 pound for this set and i really thought that it would give the acceleration to wheelie and the power because ate the minute its shit someone help as i want to get my acdeleration the best!

    are the sliders in the right way ...i made the same mistake the first time i fitted a varitor

    yeah they where all in when i received it i am thinking about returning it and swapping for the malossi multivar

    its nothing to do with the varitor i have one fitted to mine ..did you make sure the rollers were all in before fitting it...take it off and check cos it wont be the varitor and they will not let u retun it anyway

    right so you have a aerox with the stage 6 on yours also yeah i put the whole thing on right and its just revving so god damn high but bearly moving then when it gets to like 10mph it revs even higher! please help me

    what is the spec of your bike inc rollers

    right at the minute i have got carbon fibre reed block a size 82 jet needs to go bigger will be doing it tommorow also i am running a mixture of rollers which are three of 4.3 grams and three 5 gram rollers i only put these in like this due to when i put in all of the 5 gram rollers it revved so god damn high but when i looked at my pm tuning race clutch the shoes are like falling apart plus i have adjusted it and the springs sit really loose and i dont know how to adjust them properly does this help?

    Pipe ? And put 5.5g in and replace your clutch springs for the blue ones

    Don't run mixed rollers unless you know what you are doing

    ohh yeah running a leo vince tt pipe and i do have some blue springs but will it matter that the clutch shoes are worn badly do you reckon i should buy a new clutch ? and some rollers

    well i have put in the blue springs and its smoother but its revving high with no acceleration its rubbish!

    what is your belt like as 4.3 is really light

    yeah my belt is fine i have a set of 5 gram rollers an they are doing the same

    Then if you sure u fitted it right then it's down to the clutch

    Pm clutch are very good quality and are cheap that's what I use

    thats what i have got but whats the next best do you recomend the shoes on the clutch are falling apart

    Stick with a pm one of the best clutches out with out spending an arm and a leg

    hmm i dunno man i dont like going back to one i already got whats the next best a standard one i just dont whant it to rev so high!

    It's not the clutch that matters its how it works and if it's not gripping then it will just keep revving
