ok so its got a new battery full charged and is reading 14.9 on multimeter spark plug is ok jets are clean n no crap in fuel but refusses to start on the electric as it normally would you can here the starter motor turning over but it does it slow compared to normal and my kickstart dopesnt ingage as the theeth are fuked
fix the kickstart for a first then you can see if its a problem with the engine if it still doesn't start.
When did it last run? Sounds like a partial seize. Or dodgy starter motor brushes. You could try a jump start, perhaps your meter doesn't read right?
was last run bout 4 days ago i think i need a new starter tbh the brushes do seem fucked and its originaly from 9 years ago
Is it the Sr with the Aerox engine? Parts are cheap and plentiful on ebay ... You might find a kickstarter too..
