    hi all
    i have a new shape sr50r
i bought new rollers today n fitted them n went for a little test ride and my warning light come on and the temp gauge went to its highest but the engine was not hot.
so i changed my rollers back because they was too light and putting it all back together i forgot to connect the air flow tube tht connects to the engine casin and went for another test ride without the tube connected and it was raining hard so i think quite abit of rain must of got into it because it was all fine then i went through a puddle and they bike just died n tried to get it goin again but it wasnt havin any.
so i walked it home n got it started let it warm up n rode it...now it doesnt conk out but its really sluggish.
can anyone give me an idea of wat the problem is with the sluggish power and the warning light n temp please
    cheers

rollers issue, whats your setup? then someone with the same setup can give you an accurate estimate

no basicly... stock derestricted wiht a pipe is usually 2 or 3 sizes biugger than stock. rolers are usually a gram or two lighter.. this is ROUGH and gives you an idea wich direction to go.. there are roler guides and jketting guides galore.. if you cant understand them you shouldent be working on your bike.

jets and rollers are the fundementals of tunning, if you can accuratly work out what jet/rollers/needle position/idle mix and clutch springs you need you can fit any part you like... untill you can do this you shouldent fit a single part to the bike.
