sr172 v car

    What types of cars would an sr172 compete against, any ideas?

    lots of factors.. the only thing your going to beat top end is a yugo/panda or mabey a mini 850... thats if you have a gear up. as for accel its all down to setup but a 172 should beat most hatchbacks/small engined salloons to 30 easily.

    Don't forget Daewoo Matiz's or the chevy equivalant.

    They only do 75mph top end, and my friends one only just beats my runner in a straight line.

    Just sit behind him and he can't pull away XD

    my standard runner 125 has done a saxo 1.1 to 60mph by a bike lenght,and side by side with a hyundai coupe 1.6 :D

    you should be able to keep up with most cars under 2.0ltr to 60mph with just a 172 kit (well set up)

    I've not tried dragging any decent cars really, the closest i've got was when i raced my mates 1.6 civic and he got slaughtered :p

    i beat my mates saxo vtr to 60mph the only mod on my runner was the 180 kit at the time
