I have just about finished my SR125 project, everything is sweet as a nut now, got 1 last thing to do and that is to purchase an exhaust, need some help decided which one to buy, from what i know there are 3 i can have other than a stnadard 1, a tecnigas, kundo and pm tuning, which has the best sound and loudness, also what are the performance diff if any.
    Any Help Much Appreciated Guys.

pm is best performing but is a bit tinny and a bit too long if u want to wheelie
kundo is mid performing if you alter a few things, is stainless and sounds nice, and isnt too long
    technigas is technigas

i have a kundo in chrome its a lovely pipe and sounds nice gives more mid grunt than teh standerd pipe, but the pm52 pipe is the best for performace though but are known to snap easy.

pm tinny? a 52 sounds like a big deep lazy thing. never heard of one snapping tho. the 52 has a nice join wich absorbs vibration altho there prone to rusting. stock cant really be beaten to be fair.

kundo isn't stainless, it's chromed, needs slightly more looking after. i'm looking into getting either a kundo or a jolly next week as i have snapped both my standard pipes this week.

no, the bend is different, it fouls both the fan case and the engine mounts.

how are you gonna get NRG engine mounts to fit an SR? it's a totally different system, an NRG is a 50, an SR is a 125.

trust me 50 mounts work with 125's they just need grinding down a little bit, for example dilbert used them on his nrg with runner engine

take a look at the mount subframe for an sr

then look at an nrg frame

    then kick yourself, many times

nope, totally different. the SR has a totally different sub-frame. it's what makes it handle so well, unfortunately it gets in the way of many of the better pipes
