Hi i swaped engine from, gilera dna to my 2004 sr 50. The engine was runnig fine before I put in to the frame. The problem is,when I open the throttle the bike revs ok,but when i close the throttle bike stil revs high? Anyone meet with this problem before?

did you keep the sr carb or use the one from the dna engine? if you kept the sr carb the idle mixture will most likely need adjusted for the different engine. If you swapped the carb as well then look at throttle cable needing adjustment or an air leak somewhere

I have my old carb 17.5 with 65 jet in.I have to setup the mixture correctly, and i will check again the cable.I was thinking to fill the case whith petrol, and then look for leaks.

i would say your cable is caught or hanging a little bit somewhere

I will check tommorow, whats going on with the cable.Air leak but where about ? Do you think its good idea to fill the crank case, and then look for leaks?

If its an air leak it will only be at the bits you disturbed, so airbox hose to carb, carb to inlet manifold, inlet to engine, top of carb. Its easy to route the cable incorrectly and as scubabiker says it could be catching somewhere.

Sometimes the cable can just be sortof pulled out of the top of the carb
