got my hands on an sr 125 and have a few cheeky plans for it :good:

my knowledge on tuning parts is ok but setups arent so it would be good if someone could help, ive had a look at the 125 tuning guide minor has posted up and ive got abit of money so im gona start with stage1 that he reccomends and some added bits:
    172 bore
25mil carb with stage 6 sponge filter
    malossi reeds
malossi secondary gear up kit (if i have enough monies)
and also a pm59 which i got and been on the bike for a while

i fitted some 12.5g malossi rollers too as the old ones were knackered, are these rollers ok for this set up? also the 25mil with the stage 6 filter, what jet sizes will suit to go with these?

will be starting a project thread soon once i get the camera working, the whole bikes gona be done :)

    cheers

    :good:

yh will do eventually once i get some more money , kind of thinkin to get it with the bore because will the 172 bore strain my standard crank? either way im deffo gona change hopefully to somethin like a bgm or pmtuning 54mm , bgm bearings n maybe my cases flowed :)

    will get pics up soon

wats the millage on the bike ? If its low then its likely the crank will hold out for a while.

But if you can help it then deffo replace the crank for a good full circle type at the time of fitting the top end.

crank should be ok but top racing cranks are quite good and i would go for around a 104 main jet. pm tuning rollers i find last the best(even tho being from pm) and either 12.5 or 13.5 should be fine.also there is a thread to modify your reed block on the site that may be of use to you.
