Spray paint for cover of belt (you know what i mean)

Well i need to get some paint for the cover of were the kick start is (don't know the name) and I'm wondering of what kind of paint is best for it? i got this car paint out of a pound shop and it was actually good *for a while* then started coming off, so any ideas on what kind to get? eBay preferred for sites but anything cheers

 

It's all in the prep and the primer. Ask in a auto paint shop they are usually really helpful. But as I said it's primer and prep....

 

sounds like the paint reacted or you had some traces of oil/grease on the tranny case...
