1- remove the engine and the stand from the engine
2- remove everything from the crank, remove the inlet manifold and the cylinder
3- undo the bolts that hold the 2 halfs together, undoing the oposite bolt to the 1 you started on each time, use an 8mm 6point socket
4- then if your replacing the crank use a rubber hammer and hit the end of the crank while lifting the flywheel side of the casing and eventually the crank should leave the bearing and come free, repeat on the other side of the case and hammer out the crank from that side

hope that helps, might not be 100% accurate

splitting the engine is a fairly in depth exercise, i would suggest you find someone who can take you through it step by step for your first attempt, scooter engines are built to quite fine tolerances and so have to be rebuilt with a certain ammount of attention to detail. it's worth having someone just to say if you get anything not quite right.

also use some heat around the bearings to help release them from the cases. removal of bearings from the crank can be a real nightmare, i tend to cut them off with a small grinder, although doing this always leaves a small risk of catching the crank and you have to clean it out throughly afterwards.
