speedy again ffs

i put a new sparky in today
new reed petals off shinyred
i started it got the carb set up so it was revving good and idling
took it out
and i cant get over 40 ffs :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm:
sr 125 engine
90 jet
open filter
straight inlet
anyone help ???

What happens when it gets to 40? just a lack of power?

also hows the plug looking if its new should be easy to tell

 

black and its like the bike struggles to rev

 

i would change the cheap filter 1st.
As its very small it might not be doin it job proply

 

It being black the first thing to do would be to try downjetting.
