Speedo

Say im doing 50 and need to slow down to 40 for a speed camera, the needle takes ages to go down for some reason
Or if ive come to a complete stop the needle is still going down to 0mph
Does it need new speedo cable or what?

It takes ages to go down
say im doing 40 then i come to a stop the needle will be still making its way down from about 20-30

no mater how hard i stop or how slowly i stop the pin goes down at the same speed

 

digital FTW !!

 

all speedos are pretty much never correct just go digital less hassle

 

yeah thats normal...I noticed Roberts (off runner.net) speedo was like that when i rode his Runner last summer

ive got the older clocks...you and robert have the face lift clocks (so to speak)

I wouldnt worry about it dann....Runner clocks are hardly good at the best of times

its just when im speeding down an A road at 50 then it changes to 40 and a camera is coming up i nearly have to stop (holding up traffic) because i dont know what speed im going :emb:

 

lol if your doing 50 clock speed then your probs doing 38-40mph actual anyway
