Hi new to the forum and have has a good look around to see if anyone has had a similar problem but no joy, this is on a bike I have just purchased last one I had was 25 years ago a dt50
The problem being is that my speedo is way out on my piaggio NRG mc3 for example speedo shows 42 when I am doing actually 30 then when off the clock down by the kmh I am doing between 40-45 so is out by 15mph,both the wheels are the correct size 13 inch just wondering which end would be the best to start the speedo itself is off or the speed sensor

    Cheers In advance

Mine's the same. Seems normal after chatting to the local 'youths'.
Mine reads 35 at 30 and gets progressively worse as the speed increases.
I also have the correct size wheels.
Be interested to find out if there's a solution.

Just reading a factory manual I got for my 'ped,
Don't know if this is any use?,
But there was mention 'bout do not place speedo upside
down if at all possible,as it may affect internal lubrication.mk.
