    lol just over 30 :p

there isnt many ways of getting out of it if theyve got evidence of u doing it, just have to take the points and the fine

there was an article in the MCN about this about a year ago, you can say somone else was driving but not tell them who because of some human rights act, i'm sure theyv'e worked round it now though. basically you will prob just get a warning or a fine, doubt you will get points for 7 mph unless you were acting like a pratt.

no i saw him and slowed down... it might have been more then 7mph :emb: but not sure lol i dnt care for the fine.. its the points... i think i can get out of it tho.... my driving instructor said.... u get a fine for £60 u send them a cheque for £61 they have to send u the £1 back and cant do anything untill you cash that £1 in..... not sure if thats true...

i was doing 34, and i had to take the fine... they dont care what you are driving like you are still braking the low...

luckily as i was a new rider i was able to go on that speed awareness course... it taught me nothing... i needed anger management after its soo shit.

yeh ant you will be put on the speed awareness thing most likely because its only a speeding in a 30. its about £80 i think and you get no points after you take it.

well you have to send off a form saying who was driving before they invite you in the speed awareness course... so its a 50/50 chance mate... either bite the bullet ;) and have the 50/50 chance that you can go on the course or let your mum take it lol

i went on the course its £75

depends, as soon as you get 3 motoring convictions, no matter what they are, your insurance will rise alot even if none of them carried points, i ended up having to only declare two as the price difference was unreal.

the thingy wobbly was on about was the 'PACE' witness statement, basically a statement that technically gets you off it as they cant force you to identify the driver and incriminate yourself, you can find a lot of help at www.pepipoo.com

the thing with the pace witness statement is they have a tendency to ignore it and try and force you to pay the fine anyway... they are cunts

i did a bit of research as i thought i was gonna get banned, even if you get the fine, make sure ya request the pictures...

should look summat like this (lesson here... dont lend your bike to mates... EVER...)
