speedfight rollers

    im thinking of buying a sports exhaust for my speedfight 2 50cc lc and was wondering what size rollers and what cluthch springs i would need or should i get a leo-vince zx or zxr so i have springs and rollers with it

    No point worrying about clutch springs and rollers, your first port of call is to get the jetting sorted, you wont gain much from a sports exhaust unless u upjet, usual rule of thumb is to aim for a jet 10% larger than the standard for a sports exhaust, once you've done this then worry about rollers, then worry about clutch springs, clutch springs come last as u wont gain anything but a better pull off from those, and a correctly set up exhaust/carb/ variator will give u more speed.

    But yes a leo vince exhaust that comes with rollers and clutch springs is a good choice as most of the hard work fanny'ing about finding the correct roller weight and clutch spring is done for you.

    ok thanks i know i need to up-jet ive already got a box full of jets for it just got to get the exhaust i will probally grt the leo-vince zx as thats in chrome and ive got the zxr on my phantom and that rusted within a week of fittin it

    although chrome does look nice, they do look real tatty after a while, i.e rust and general muck, i stick with standard colours instead of chrome
