speedfight mobelizer problem please help

good morning people...I've come to get my speed fight 2 100cc out of my garage this morning and the mobilizer light isn't flashing..I turned the ignition on and it isn't flashing to turn on all my indicators lights etc. work fine it try's to start but the mobilizer is stopping it I think I've tried disconnecting my battery...Still no change...please if anybody knows what I can do to fix this please help me many thanks Haydn
