speedfight cuting out then not reving

it runs fine when i am ridding it , but if i come to some traffic lights and i dont keep it at high revs it will cut out , also if i ride it in the cold my inlet manifold freezes and makes it bog out if i dont keep reving it

yea tryed that mate

 

has it seized before. normally they dont tickover if it has. take the carb off and clean it out
