Hello everyone I'm new to this forum....

Well i swapped my piaggio zip for a speedfight T reg.

    it has
    polini 70 kit
    race crank
    polini reed block
    standard carb with 100 jet
    open air filter
    racing clutch
    doppler race exhaust
    standard gearing
    standard variator

Before it was tuned it would do just under 60mph

and now it only goes 50 ?!?!?! HELP :beg: :beg: :beg:

That really DOES NOT help... what does it do? Bog? Or just slow? More information needed...

Check your rollers. When were they last replaced? They maybe too heavy for your setup, buy a set and see.

    They are brand new rollers...
    3 - 10 gram
    3 - 5 gram

would this be effecting it, having 2 different sets in, i have tryed every combination under the sun.... :/

Ideally use the same ones and go up and down, you will feel a gain or a loss of power. Roughly 5s all round me thinks

well when i had just 10 grams in it would hardly move off the spot
when i put all 5's in it would just scream and take off slowly at a ridiculos amount of rpm..... so when i put 3 of each it was alot better :/

10grams are too heavy for sure and 5g seems too heavy for your setup also. Its just trial and error. Buy a box of rollers (Stage6 do some) and go from 10 and work downwards until you get the best setup possible

    aaaaah right.
    well work it out,
    10 x 3 = 30
    5 x 3 = 15
sooo all together that as 45 grams.
    and 7 x 6 = 42 grams.
so not that far out with being inbetween 5 and 10 ???

I believe you can but ive never mixed rollers. I would rather be happy that all the rollers that are being flung out are the same weight, even distribution. Also have you alternated the 10s and 5s as that may be the problem?

Yeah they were alternaated.... i made sure of this, because i have ocd.
so everything has to be in some sort of pattern haha

This is so mind boggling, i just can't think of what the problem could be :( !!

Throw "stage6 roller" into ebay and i suggest you grab a set to suit yours they do rollers in packs of 4 in 0.5g increments

Im not sure on the size. It should be inscribed on your brand new ones you fitted, and I would buy both. £15 for 4 sets or at least a tenner for one from your local scooter shop

0.5 does make a difference, as has been said above get a pack of rollers that range from 5gram to 10gram and try each set at a time untill it improves, i take it youve got a stiffer torque spring and stiffer clutch springs to suit your setup?
