Speedfight 4 rear wheel removal.

Hello i need to get a new rear tyre fitted to a speedfight 4, it has a rear disc brake. I've had a quick look and as well as a centre nut there's 5 bolts as well. Does the wheel come off by removing the 5 bolts or the centre nut. Could do with knowing beforehand. Any information appreciated. Nothing coming up on Google either. Thanks

Possibly it has to come off.
Try without taking it off first.
