My sons Bike recently bogged and died with a damaged oil pipe. Replaced the piston and head and started straight away. Test drove for 30 meters when it bogged and died. Still had electrics at this point. Pushed to back took seat out by removing the battery and re-attached and Nothing. Checked 2 fuses and they are good. I suspect the CDI may be dead as I am not certain the oil pump is working as even after a short run the pipe coming from the oil pump was not full of oil. Checked the pump and its working Cleaned the carb and its fine Can anyone please offer any advice
Nothing no lights,ignition,horn, Nothing. Just tried another battery and its the same. Not even a spark when you attach the battery !
