Speedfight 3 2011 lc wiring

Hi I'm in the process of stripping down a speedfight 3.I have a blue wire with what looks like a 10amp fuse at the end .I think this has come loose from ignition connector block but not sure .Iv looked In manual and can only see 5amp and 7.5 amp fuses ..the blue wire with 10 amp fuse is out side the wiring loom.any help ?

 

There's a blue/yellow wire for the headlights/horn but that should be 15 amp.
