Speedfight 3 2011 lc wiring

Hi I'm in the process of stripping down a speedfight 3. I have a blue wire with what looks like a 10amp fuse attached. I think this wire came out of the ignition connector block but carnt be sure .Iv checked manual and can only see 7.5 and 5 amp fuse which I already have .The blue wire with the 10amp fuse is on the outside of the loom ..any help ???
