Hello guys, my names Daniel and I currently own a speedfight2 50cc 04. I have recently put a stage6 pro rep exhaust, stage6 varator (6g rollers) and belt on it. But now I am having a problem with the rear wheel not turning when revving. When revving I notice the clutch spinning but not the clutch bell? I took the clutch off yesterday afternoon and rubbed the shoes down with sand paper but still no luck. I can spin rear wheel and clutch bell with my hand. Inside the clutch bell were the shoes engage, it's very shiny and slippy? Not too sure what it could be.

maybe too hard springs? speedfights can be a bit revvy before they engage actually. your bell could maybe be too worn out?

Even with the old rollers ( 9g) varator, belt and exhaust ect its still the same, it revs and still nothing :(

yeah, try changing your clutch springs, as they are what controls the drive to the wheel (sort of anyway) sounds like they are too hard, or that maybe its jammed up. has the bike been stood for a very long time?

yeah, have a check of your clutch springs, they are probably too "heavy" to engage with the bell

maybe the belt if its not the clutch. i would change just the clutch springs before buying a whole new clutch.... (because its cheaper!)

Today i took all of the inside apart and gave it all a good clean and put it all back together. I then started the bike up and reved it to full power. but while revving to full power the rear wheel spins slow? wheel bearings?

Don't think it did, I'll replace the clutch, clutch bell and springs and I'll let you know how it goes

could also have a bell on it thats too big for the clutch, or a clutch that is too small for the bell.

Right replaced the clutch and clutch bell and when i started it up and pulled throttle it moved! Step in the right direction it seems. But now theirs a weird clicking/clanking sound from inside the end of the case were the clutch is ect. other then that seems to move ok. Was thinking a bearing ? :(

sounds like a broken sort of sound, best take the case off and check before you wreck something, probably clutch/vario nut loose...

I definitely made sure everything was tighten up. I was thinking the bearing on the
    torque driver?
