Speedfight 2 ac top speed 38mph

    Hi I have recently bought a speed fight 2 a/c the top speed is 38mph or there about its got a gienllei exhaust pedmoto air filter polini variator belt and torque spring it's been up jetted to 90 is it normal for a speed fight to go that slow with the modifications that have been done to it I have tryed different rollers and won't go any quicker any information would be great thanks

    I would have the cylinder off and have a look at the piston. Get a new one, give the cylinder a hone and chamfer the ports- put a Yasuni Z on it- re regulate the transmissin & the carb. Standard proceedure for a second hand machine.

    I think I'll buy a 70cc kit but am on a tight budget and looking at the motoforce kit

    Top Perf are very good indeed. Got a top perf 50 here with about 30,000 on it (I do not exaggerate) and the thing is fine. Ordering a new piston for it as a back up. It didn't break - I just replaced it with a Sport pro for safety's sake. Their tranny cases are bloody good too. In fact I never bought a Top Perf product I didn't like. But it needs a Yas R to sing properly.
