speedfight 2 100cc

Hi, i have been asked to help a mates son fix his 2005 speedfight 2 WRC. some **** tried to steal it, got as far as breaking the streering lock and got seen. the lock comes on and off as it wants so i have to replace that, thats not the problem, the problem i have is..... How the bloody hell do i get the plastics off. I have got the headlight panels off and take away the indicator panels, the black plastic where your knees are.... how do i remove this without breaking it?

PS, its an imobolised bike, should this be a problem changing the ignition barrel

 

My mate had to get an imobiliser bypass for 200 changeing something to do with ignition :/

 

so i cant just change the barrel with something like this

Probs can his was something where he had to bypass it because of a different chip in key

 

ok ive got it apart.... im going to take the ignition barrel off and remove the steering lock. seems the cheaper option but, how can i get this off? the security nut is too deep to cut a groove in it....
