speedfight 2 100 front lights alignment for MOT test

Well i went to the shop to see how much it would cost to get my lights aligned for my mot at the end of the month, 20 quid he said... , as i dont have much money i ask is there any way you can do it your self?, the lights are all ok i just need to make sure they are the right height for the MOT test as you just use the screw under the light to adjust it.
