Speedfight 100

    This might sound funny ,
    But I won't to put my carb on my speedfight above the back wheel
    I have seen it on a speedfight before but not sore on what
    Part I need to convert it
    Could anyone help with a link to a site where I can
    Buy a conveshon kit or help
    In anyway

    not sure od any sites but your looking for a straight inlet/manifold

    as far as i know you cant have the carb over the rear wheel because the intake is on the left side of the engine on both 50 and 100c engines, it may have been a piaggio engine conversion (they have the carb inlet in the centre facing backwards)

    no problem pal, your best bet is to keep the speedy standard. i ended up spending over 1k on mine and it wasnt much of a difference tbh just abit more acceleration and sounded better. buy a gilera runner or piaggio typhoon 125 and tune it you will be amased with the power difference

    Yea that's what I won't a runner but can find one cheap anywhere haha

    theres plenty about just take your time looking for one, dont buy one with aftermatket panes e.g evo bodykits, theres a possibilty its been crashed or slid down the road, look for something sumones taken care of, look for good tyres both matching, clean bodywork, clean engine, no parts missing or bolts missing. trust me iv seen it all theres alot of bodged up death traps out there

    Ok cheers for that info mate , yea I had a few peds and they look ok in pic and then when you get them and start looking into it they are fucked I wi gave a look around and see what's about

    I have a bog standard speedfight 100 how can I make the acceleration quick all the way to top end

    It get to 60 with no wind and nice sunny weather but just drains it to get there just want it quick

    By means of major tuning, you could spend thousands on a peugeot and its never gunna be good.

    Best tip would be to get rid and get somethin with a piaggio engine
