Assuming everything was fitted correctly, Most likely need carb and transmission set up right, I'm going through it myself and it's a pain, especially while running in

Your mixture is running weaker at the top end due to the sports exhaust. Take the main jet out of the carb, read the number stamped on it, add 4 to that number and that's the minimum jet size you need to correct the mixture.

Yeah, that won't help either as that will also weaken the mixture. The air flow has increased inside the engine and you need to increase the fuel flow to compensate.

You need the set that goes above 72. Pedstop, Pedparts or similar will stock the larger size range kit.

The standard Gurtner carb takes 6mm jets.
