got a new spark plug from pm tuning yesterday aNGK BR9EIX did have aNGK BR7ES in ,its made quite a differance ,start off from cold it used to bog down till you gave it full throttle ,if you let it warm up first it was even worse, but now whoosh power striaght away :w00t: they sent me the wrong rollers though 13.5 grms instead of 12.5 grms i have got 10 grms in there at the mo is it worth giving them a try ??? :nerd:

put some vids in vids section with the 13.5 rollers in and its so slow? right the set up i got is main jet 108 needle d30 circlip is set second up from the bottom the jet next to where the needle goes into is a45 the one in the far corner is a 60 the brass thing that the float opens is a 200 this is all on a PHBL25BD I have red clutch springs and the big spring is yellow .its got a athena speedmaster variator.malossi 172 on a 180 case with a scropion pipe? i hope this makes sense engines are not my strong point so bear with me?gonna do another vid cause i have put the fucked tens back in and it flies but its raining at the mo when it stops look out ? :D any advice on set up i would be most gratefull

I think the red clutch springs could be too hard. I've heard of quite a few people using the blue one's, so it could be worth giving some a try ;)
On the carb side mine is pretty much the same except it has a 102 jet in and the needle clip is one from top, My rollers are 13.5 and the bike seems to pull really well although I’m changing to 13.0g soon as I want it abit more revvy

right,m not sure how those variators act so thats probably why the rollers are light.. sounds a little rich and the needle needs dropping down me thinks.. rest should be fine. but 108 is a tad big for a wc.. grab the plug an have a look. not definitive but tells you roughly how its been running

id be trying out a stock variator with 12.5's... ramps sound a little steep from that
