Spark plug help

    Hi, can anyone tell me if this spark plugs is okay/fouled? thanks

    Looks OK to me mate. if it's not wet and oily then it'll probably spark alright - best way is put the lead back on, put the sparky end by the frame and turn it over. you should see a spark off it that way.

    Looks a bit on the lean side, up-jet the carb one size.
    You should be looking for a nice dark ginger colour after a few miles running.
    Start with a new plug.
    Whats the problem you're having anyway?

    yep +1 on steves comment its a little more whiter than we would like so running just light on the lean side as steve says a one size jet up should tan that plug a lot better.

    could you run like that, YES but its not ideal and in weather seasons that slighlty lean could become full blown lean and you end up frying the top end/piston rings , so i would go with a very small upjet and tweek to idle/mixture screw to get it nice and healthy looking

    I har no problem but I had leovince zx on when i bought it and then i installed then original one (its a gilera runner 180 fxr), so i was quite sure it need re jetting, i have original airbox on :D.
