sp3 carb

Hi, i have a question for all you smart scooter mechanics out there. I have peugeot sp3 50cc, carb, 2t. My standart carb is around 12mm i, think. Is it a good idea to upgrade to 17.5mm without changing piston?

 

For what purpose?
More speed? Or better economy?
What setup have you got?
Probably not such a good idea

 

Only 7.5g rollers, everything else is stock. More speed purpose.
