Some parts/dimensions on runner new shape

I was looking at a chrome handlebar grip for my runner st125, and im not sure about the dimensions. If anybody has any more knowledge than me, could you tell me if this would fit on my runner, the descriptions states:

Fits 7/8 inch or 22mm diameter handlebars

and also, I want to get a white outline around my wheels, i dnt even know what its called lol, will i be able to get them on ebay?

 

its called wheel trim or something an ye

 

i found some reflective, white wheel rim decals just like i want, but it sais it fits 16'' - 18'' rims

my runner is 13''-14'' i think, will this defo not work?
