smoking problem

hi ive just fitted a new piston and cylinder kit but went from a malossi 124 kit to a standard aerox 100 kit.
Its smoking quite abit so does anyone no what it could be? ?
Ohh and theres abit of like black oil coming out the exhaust.
Could it be that its not ran in yet?

No. I was thinking i might of had to downsize the jet size as gone back to standard kit.
Do i have to?
Or will it be ok

is it the main big jet i need to change and what (mm) is the standard aerox 100 carb jet 5mm or 6mm

 

Most likely just main. Could be other settings or parts that need changing aswell though mate depends what was changed to get it running before. Should be 6mm jets i think

 

Thanks mate and all i changed was the piston and cylinder.
From 125 to 100.
Well jets are cheap enough so if one dont fit i sell them on here lol

 

Sorry but how does changing the main jet sort the oil problem out? ?
And yes im a noob lol

 

Smaller main jet, set your fuel/air screw, and change your oil/fuel ratio to what it was originally, should be fiine

 

Ahh thanks mate. The oil screw is the one on the other side if the carb right?
