Riding down a side street doing 25ish mph on the bike and some cunt thinks its wise to pull out on me without looking.

Bike is totally fucked and the insurance have took it to value / see if they can repair it.

Dont know if the other driver has admited liability for it yet but the police took witness statements i think.

Cant do much when your lying on the floor with a snapped ankle.
    Knees arse sliced up too.

Just bit worried now as the bikes down as not being modified on the insurance and the exhaust isnt E marked.

Oh well il let you know what they say :rtfm:

dont worry about the modding thing, 'erm mate thats the way i bought it off ebay, nothings been done to it at all' chinese bikes vary that much they cant say shit really

id put a bet itll be wrote off, noone will touch them for repairs as spares arent officially available

sounds like a shitter but keep focused on the good stuff... compensation and your bikes less than a year old so they shouldnt grumble on value and cough up the full amount ;)

Well forks where bent and front wheel had bent sideways, bars where bent front light smashed in.
    I'd say Cat C :w00t:
How long will it take roughly for them to finish inspecting the bike?.

Sorry to hear about that mate.

If the driver take liability it will take about 2 weeks, thats how long mine took when i got my cheque through the post.

But im sure it will not take longer than 1 month, this is a very common situation for insurare's and if the vitnesses said that it was the drivers fault you will get your chinnese cheque within 3 weeks.

And its a write off 100%

I've always been told its not the motorbike driver its the car driver that you have to watch while driving a bike because they never look out for bikes...

    oh my god.

seriously, too many brit/gangsta films for some people, torch it son? you a fucking mong or something? no, dont torch his car, because thats fucking pathetic, and breaking his windows is just as bad, persue the case, a 6year olds story wont be used in court, in the eyes of the law until the age of 12 a child cant understand how fast a vehicle is going, so it wont stand.

dont be so pathetic and go "torch it son"
